I spent most of my life overworking, overperforming, people-pleasing, and constantly worrying whether people liked me or not. It left me feeling exhausted, drained, and quietly resentful. That all started to shift when I discovered the world of self-development. Over the last five years, I’ve completely changed my life, from burnt-out primary school teacher to full-time business owner and certified life coach. A reformed people-pleaser who no longer lives with daily anxiety, and for the first time, truly believe I am more than good enough just as I am. We often think the next job, the next promotion, or finally hitting six figures will make us happy. But none of it really matters unless you learn how to quiet the inner critic and actually believe in yourself.
